Due to the growing student population resulting from new growth and development in the area, the district enacted a cap on enrollment for PreK - 5th grades for Haygood Elementary. This decision allows class sizes to remain at acceptable levels while not overloading instructional programs at the campus. 

Families with Prekindergarten grade students moving into the Haygood Elementary zoned will be rezoned for Morgan Elementary, located at 32720 School Hill Rd. Fulshear, TX 77441. Transportation will be available to these families.
